The energy around Muslim founders keeps growing—and so does the need for real infrastructure behind it. We can't and shouldn't do everything ourselves, so we're focused on what we're uniquely positioned to offer while working closely with partners across the ecosystem.
Not every founder is guaranteed to build a successful company. But everyone who engages with us should leave having learned something, expanded their network, and contributed to our collective success.
On our (growing) team
We're onboarding new full-time and part-time team members, fellows, and interns after mapping out exactly what it takes to support both current and prospective founders.
We've asked ourselves difficult questions:
- What should this platform become?
- What can we realistically deliver?
- How do we keep founders engaged over time?
We hold ourselves to the same standard as any startup. If the market doesn't want what we've built, we'll pivot until it does. Our supporters expect nothing less than success—and so do we.

Based on feedback from more than 100 founders, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners, we're reinventing Kinship over the next month.
The energy behind the scenes has been incredible—even many of our critics are rooting for us to succeed. We have no agenda beyond helping aspiring and current founders achieve ambitious goals.
